30 minute appointment: $65.00
45 minute appointment: $90.00
60 minute appointment: $110.00

Consultation, assessment, treatment, active rehabilitation exercises, homecare instruction, billing, and rescheduling.
Please ensure you have completed your Initial Intake Form online.
In addition to comprehensive assessment and treatment, we may incorporate active movement components.
Please bring or wear loose fitting athletic clothes, like shorts and T-shirt, or something you are comfortable to be moved or stretched in.
Covers $23.00 per appointment, of up to 10 treatments per year for those who qualify for premium assistance, and may include any combination of Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Naturopathic Dr, and Podiatry.
Patients with premium assistance MSP coverage are expected to pay a user fee, which would cover the difference in cost of the private clinic fee. Maple Ridge Massage Therapy Clinic is now set up to bill directly to MSP. Ask us if you qualify for premium assistance today!
extended health benefits
The majority of extended benefit plans will cover Massage Therapy provided by a Registered Massage Therapist. Most insurance providers require the patient to pay the private rate and submit a receipt. We are not set up to bill directly to extended insurance providers at this time. However, receipts will be provided to each patient at the time of their appointment. Many insurance providers now accept online submissions from benefit recipients. Our clinic will email you a PDF of your receipt for online submissions, in addition to a paper copy.
WE DO NOT TAKE DIRECTION TO PAY FOR ICBC. Please check with your ICBC adjuster to ensure you are covered for Massage Therapy care prior to booking your appointment. Please fill out all necessary forms online prior to your appointment! Be prepared to include your claim number, adjuster's name, and contact number when filling out your forms online. We are not set up to bill directly to ICBC at this time and do not take direction to pay to ICBC on behalf of our patients. Patients will be required to pay our private rates and submit their receipts to ICBC for reimbursement. Receipts will be provided to each patient at the time of their appointment. Our clinic will email you a PDF of your receipt for online submissions, in addition to a paper copy.
